Android 4.3 Vs Android 4.4: What Is The Update Status For Popular Devices From Samsung, HTC, Motorola, LG, Sony?

UPDATE: Since publishing the AT&T Galaxy Note 2 and Verizon HTC One have begun updating to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

The most current Android operating systems are Android 4.4 KitKat and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. While Android 4.4 is now beginning to make its rounds on devices connected with Google, many other devices are still catching up on the updates to Android 4.3. 

Android 4.4 KitKat has begun to roll out on a number of devices -- namely under the Nexus brand -- but several Google Play-branded devices have also begun to received Android 4.4, as well as the Moto X, which is made by Google-owned Motorola.
