We thought Motorola pushed out Android 4.4 “Kit Kat” to the Moto X in record time, but they may have crushed that timing with the rollout of Android 4.4.2 to the Moto G, their low-end global phone. Announced through the official Motorola blog by Punit Soni, the update to Kit Kat for the Moto G begins today.
For those keeping track, the 4.4.2 updates puts the device slightly ahead of the Moto X, which is only running Android 4.4.
